We will have a ticket station available at the venue for you to buy DISCOUNT TICKETS in advance from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on the day of the event. These tickets are only $10 (plus service and tax). After this time, you'll have to wait until our doors open at 9:00 PM. |

Small Convenience Fee
That Includes Service and Sales Tax:

- In the past (2003-2012), we have never charged sales tax on any of our cash tickets sold at our events and thus, never collected sales tax.
- The State Department of Revenue has informed us (in their polite and courteous manner---smile) that this practice must change.
- We are now mandated to charge sales tax on ALL ticket sales.
- We will comply with The State by adding a simple service and tax fee to all tickets:
- Door Price= $20 + $2 service and tax (only $22 total)
- We STILL offer $10 tickets in advance (great way to save money---same as we always have). These tickets also have a small additional convenience fee that includes service and tax.
- We thank you for your understanding of our desire to keep our ticket prices SUPER LOW for you and our desire to be compliant with The State Department of Revenue.
- Note: We now accept credit cards and debit cards at the door for your convenience.

After online & phone sales end, we WILL have a ticket station available at the venue for you to buy discount tickets in advance from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on the day of the event.
These tickets are only $10 plus service and tax. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. After this 8PM, you'll have to wait until our doors open at 9:00 PM to purchase "walk-up" tickets at the door (see below). |

Yes, we always sell "walk-up" tickets to customers when we OPEN OUR DOORS at 9:00 PM.

| Print-At-Home Tickets: |
Print-At-Home tickets with BARCODES printed on them are sent to you via email moments after you complete your order online. You MUST print the tickets with the BARCODES. The email is coming from order1@ticketalternative.com
You must print ALL the tickets in the PDF file attached to the email you receive and bring them to the event, NOT the confirmation receipt.

| No Printer? No Problem: |
Don't worry if you don't have access to a printer. We have you covered!!! You may still buy online or via phone. Please select Print-At-Home or Will Call. Bring your photo ID and the confirmation number from your purchase when you arrive at OSS. Our helpful team will take care of you at our Will Call station.
Note:
ONLY the NAMED PERSON may redeem/claim the tickets at the event. Please use the name on your ID when making the purchase. |
